Cucina rossa the kitchen attached to Bianchet Winery serves Rural European cuisine with traditional values. Ingredients are sourced as locally as possible from providers passionate about their produce. As biodynamic, organic and as fresh as possible these ingredients are prepared into dishes with intense flavour and as varied as the seasonal availability of the produce.
