Cancellation / Booking Policy
When a booking is made and a deposit paid this confirms your booking. If a cancellation is made up to 14 days prior to your first nights stay a refund will be given, less $10.00 as this is kept as a booking fee. If the cancellation is made within 14 days (30 days for special events peak periods)of your first nights stay then no refund will be given. No refund is given if departure is made before nights booked are used.
