You can sit and relax watching television or the DVD player while being comfortably heated or cooled by the heater/ air-conditioner.

If music assists you in relaxing why not sit in the sun watching the blue wrens bounce merrily throughout the gardens while the CD player plays your choice of music.

Enjoy the scent of the English & French roses while looking at the breathtaking views over the historic township of Kyneton, and admire the old gum trees on the property that attract native bird and wildlife.

See the horses and Suffolk sheep grazing gracefully on the green pasture, while you dine in the al fresco area with the gas barbecue, enjoying the peace and tranquillity of our sunsets.
