Situated in Mt Martha on the Mornington Peninsula, we have two cottages on six acres, on the side of a hill. The cottages are attic styled with cathedral ceilings and have ceiling fans and also reverse cycle air conditioners. Each unit has a queen-sized bed, and a double bed in a separate bedroom. There is a spa in the bathroom, kitchen and dining facilities and a barbecue. The views from the deck are lovely, overlooking a vineyard and also the Balcombe Creek. At the front of the block is the Balcombe Boardwalk which is 1/2 hour walk to the Beach and Mount Martha.

Cancellation / Booking Policy
Bookings are to be made by phone, enquiries can be made by Email. Cancellation policy. Should there be a cancellation or 'no show',a fee of up to the equivalent of the deposit(1/2 of full cost)may be deducted.If notification of cancellation is received 21 days prior to reservation,the deposit of 1/2, less fees and charges (10%) will be refunded. 14 -21 days prior to reservation,50% of deposit is retained. Less than 14 days ,the deposit is forfeited.
