Jasper Hotel is a dynamic new destination in Melbourne. The neutral tones, soft lighting and warm coloured stylish furnishings in the 65 guest rooms provide a tranquil atmosphere. The bold colours that saturate the hotel corridors are introduced into the guest rooms through a coloured glass louvre in each bathroom.

The Kitchen

The Jasper Kitchen is a street-level café adjacent to the hotel lobby. The inviting, informal 65-seat open plan room features a communal dining table, banquette seating and signature wall mural created by a leading Melbourne design firm. Open for coffee, breakfast and lunch, Jasper Kitchen is available for private events outside trading hours.
