Located at Essendon Airport just 10 minutes from the city Direct Air offers the choice of tours from half hour scenic flights over Melbourne City to full day tours to the Great Ocean Road, the Phillip Island Penguin colony, Kangaroo Island or soft adventure excursions to the Grampians National Park. Cancellation / Booking Policy
Cancellations/No-show policy/refunds: 1. Cancellations 48 hours or less prior to departure or in the case of non-arrival Direct Air Charter may charge a cancellation fee equal to the full cost of the flight booked. 2. Should the departure be cancelled due to weather and a mutually agreed alternative departure is not possible 100% of monies paid will be refunded. Terms: *Departures are based on a minimum of 2 passengers. *Luggage is restricted to 10kgs (soft bags) per passenger. CHILD POLICY: 1. Children under 3 years not utilising a seat FOC. 2. Children 12 years and under accompanied by two full fare adults 50%
