Peppers Springs Retreat & Spa is located in the 'hip' village of Hepburn Springs  with unique shops, cafes, golf course, bushwalks, live music, art galleries, horse riding, wineries, mineral springs to taste test and Daylesford only three kilometres down the road.

Our superb accommodation choices include superior and spa rooms in a stylish and contemporary environment offering everything you need for a complete escape. Villa Parma is our Italian built 1864 self contained four bedroom villa, luxuriously furnished, whilst maintaining original features throughout including the original cellar for an unrivalled function space.

The seven new one or two-bedroom Spa Villas offer guests the privacy of self-contained living with the convenience and sophistication of a fine hotel. Featuring expansive floor space over two levels, the villas offer flat screen televisions in the living room and bedrooms, top of the range appliances, large sundeck, air conditioning and private parking.

DECO is located within the hotel and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Chef Clinton Camilleri looks to the seasons and local produce for inspiration including produce grown on the owners nearby property.

Mineral Spa staff make you feel relaxed from the moment you arrive. We're the current  Australasian Spa Association Best Hotel and Best Day Spa winners as well as the Victorian Tourism Award winners for Health and Wellness (Hall of Fame) and the Spa Life magazine readers choice for Best Destination Spa. Relax in the guest relaxation lounge with open fire and organic teas, 11 treatment rooms (mostly duos), the only operating soft pack beds in the Southern Hemisphere that can only be described as heavenly, 180-jet hydrotherapy spa baths and our unique Retreat water therapy zone which is an exclusive indoor/outdoor private area which overlooks the Peppers Springs Retreat property and landscaped gardens.

We welcome day visitors for all spa treatments and packages.

Cancellations notified less than 10 days prior to arrival: Accommodation deposit will be transferred to alternative booking, providing room is re-sold. If room is not re-sold, deposit will be fully forfeited. Cancellations notified more than 10 days prior to arrival: Deposit can be refunded or transferred to alternative booking. Ancillary bookings cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival: Full cost of ancillary booking/s will be forfeited. A $25.00 administration charge will apply to all transferred and cancelled bookings.
