Originally built as an old dairy farm and horse stud, Woodbury offers rambling country gardens, views, wild ducks, chooks and Suffolk sheep.

The township of Woodend, only 2 kilometres away, offers a variety of good restaurants, an excellent golf club, shops, country walks, local wineries and scenic open gardens.

It is also half an hour from the historic and picturesque Central Goldfields and Spa Country. Woodend is a comfortable 50 minutes drive 70 kilometres Northwest of Melbourne and a 40 minute drive from Tullamarine Airport.
