Susan's in the Valley offers the finest in luxury accommodation located in the heart of the Yarra Valley Wine Region. The residence offers five individually appointed suites, which feature a dressing room and bathroom, individual heating and cooling, and terrace with an outdoor setting. Guests can make use of the extensive relaxation areas, which include a large lounge, bar, dining and separate breakfast rooms, all complemented by expansive sandstone terraces. The house also has a billiard room with full sized table. The residence is set on two acres of manicured gardens featuring a solar heated swimming pool.

Breakfast is served each morning from 8am – 9.30am and is a blend of European and traditional cuisine, which offers something for even the most discerning palette.

The dining room can be booked for dinner, with 48 hours notice, for $75.00 per person. This includes a four-course meal. There is an additional charge for beverages. Seating fourteen guests comfortably, this formal dining room features huge windows so as guests can savour the views. The dining room is also available for private meetings and dinner parties.
