Burnt Creek Cottages

Burnt Creek Cottages are nestled in the hills on 50 acres just 10 minutes outside Mansfield, a picturesque town in Victoria’s famous High Country. The cottages have a 4.5 star rating and are an easy two hours drive from Melbourne.

Each cottage has its own stunning view of Lake Eildon and the surrounding hills and mountains. Cottages are spacious with beautifully presented lounge dining rooms, one or two bedrooms and fully equipped kitchens.

The cottages are warmed by cosy wood fires in winter and have air conditioning for the summer months. Private balconies are the perfect place for guests to have a leisurely brunch, or soak up the view, while enjoying a good book.

Several cottages also have spas and all cottages have king size beds in the master bedroom.

Correa & Grevillea Cottage also has a dishwasher, private enclosed balcony with a barbecue and a cappuccino machine for those who enjoy good coffee.

With only six cottages on the property, you can be assured of a relaxing break. All cottages have dvd T/V, microwave and video.

For those who want to rest and relax we have books, games and videos, while a pool and tennis court is on hand for those who enjoy more active pursuits.

It would be easy to spend your whole stay at the cottages, but if guests want to venture away, Mansfield has many activities As Mansfield is close to Victoria’s snow fields, in winter the cottages are an ideal place to stay to enjoy down hill or cross country skiing.

All year round activities horse riding, camel trekking, boating, bushwalking, ballooning, golf and visiting the local wineries.

There are also a number of excellent restaurants and bistros in the area for those who enjoy good food.
