Meet some of the specialist traders and pick up valuable hints in selecting produce as well as enjoying 7 – 9 samplings of the ''goods''.

See the greatest variety of fresh, seasonal produce offered at the lowest prices plus receive a free souvenir calico bag.

Cooking School

Featuring chefs, cook book authors and culinary professionals from around Victoria.  Across the semester celebrate the beautiful, fresh seasonal produce of the Queen Victoria Market.

Chefs will create dishes to take into account the school’s location in Australia’s premier products market, with hints on where to locate particular ingredients within the Market.

Topics include Seafood, Italian, Thai, Indian, Vietnamese, Japanese, Spanish and children’s school holiday classes and more.
