Welcome to BIG4 Swan Hill, an accredited 4.5 star privately owned family focused park, situated on over 10 acres of landscaped grounds and only 1.5km from the town centre. We offer Swan Hills largest range of accommodation including our new Superior Cabins with LCD TVs and Austar, spacious Deluxe Apartments, Spa Cabins, Ensuite & Powered Sites and many more. The kids will love our giant jumping pillow, go kart hire, purpose built bike track, adventure playground, tennis court, basketball, solar heated pool and toddler’s pool; they'll be happy and exhausted. Every Sunday prepare yourself for a delicious complimentary pancake breakfast and during the School Holidays we offer kids activities which include; crafts, games (including games for the whole family) and go kart races. Take a trip down memory lane at the Pioneer Settlement Museum, cruise the Mighty Murray River in an original Paddle Boat or enjoy an award winning local wine on your deck while watching a beautiful orange sunset. Cancellation / Booking Policy
A cancellation fee of $20 is charged on all cancellations Bookings made in the Low Season. During the low season, deposits will only be refunded if we are notified of your cancellation prior to 9am on the day prior to your scheduled arrival. If notice of your cancellation is received after 9am on the day prior to your scheduled arrival we may retain the deposit paid. Bookings made in High Season Deposits for bookings made wholly or partially in high season will only be refunded if you notify us of your cancellation at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival. If you provide less than the required period of notice of cancellation, your deposit will only be refunded if the category of site or cabin that you booked is able to be re-sold. Failure to notify of cancellation If you do not notify the Park Owner of your cancellation, or if you do not arrive by 10am on the day after your scheduled arrival date, then your booking may be cancelled by the Park Owner without any refund to you. Low and High Season details are available on request from the Park. We recommend you check at the time of booking. Tariffs are correct at time of printing and are subject to change without notice. Deposits are non transferable. Should you decide to cut your stay short, no refund will be given.
