Lakes Entrance Waverley House Cottages

Waverley House Cottages are nestled on 8 acres of private landscaped native gardens and shady gums. The six spacious cottages all have covered carports and generous verandas to catch the views of Bass Strait or relax on outdoor settings to watch the beautiful sunsets, wine in hand.

All guests have use of a solar heated pool, covered kitchen and barbecue area or our lovely enclosed gazebo with its hot spa and guest lounge with open fireplace. Relax here and put on a favourite CD or watch the action on the large overhead plasma television.

The one bedroom cottages 'Salmon Company' and 'Fishpen' recall our historic fishing links in Lakes Entrance and is perfect for a couple wanting a romantic and relaxing break or as a honeymoon destination. The galley kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher and convection/microwave oven.

Relax on  leather couches in front of the wood fire or with the comfort of reverse cycle air conditioning, television, DVD, CD, VCR and surround sound. Double doors lead to the queen bed and ensuite bathroom with shower and corner spa.

Naming of the 3 two bedroom cottages, 'Carstairs', 'Colquhoun' and 'Cunninghame'  recall our historic links to earlier guest houses in Lakes Entrance, but all offer contemporary facilities.

They can be booked for two couples with one king and one queen bedroom or for four people - with a queen and two king singles.

They offer full kitchen, laundry, television, DVD, VCR, CD, reverse cycle air conditioning and ensuite spa bath. All linen is supplied in the cottages.

Our newest two bedroom cottage 'Bass', is a two bedroom/ two bathroom cottage with all the one bedroom cottage features - a special treat for two couples.
