Cancellation / Booking Policy
Cancellations of confirmed bookings (ie where payment has been made) will attract a AUD$25.00 (incl. GST) administration fee in addition to the Cancellation Fee of this Operator which reads as follows; 85% of the total tariff will be refunded if cancelling more than 14 days prior to arrival date (less the $25 administration fee). 50% of the total tariff will be refunded if cancelling 7-14 days prior (less the $25 administration fee). Cancelling less than 7 days prior to arrival date NO REFUND.
