If a refund is made due to the property being rebooked then a $50 cancellation fee will apply. Number of guests cannot exceed the number stated on the confirmation notice. Parties and functions are strictly prohibited. Check out time is 11am, to allow time to prepare for the next guests. Pets are not allowed. No smoking inside rooms. Ashtrays are provided on decks. For safety sake - no candles are permitted. Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant’s personal property.
