There's a scene for all moods at the Grace Darling Hotel. You can pop in for a cheap steak at the bar after you've finished work, then hang around for some trivia. Or you could nestle in to the Grace's squeaky leather couch and have yourself a serious drink by the fire. There are a couple of private function rooms available for big groups, one of which is located in the delightfully gothic den downstairs. But if it's a private dinner - with or without that someone special - you're after, then you can take a seat at one of the formally clothed dinner tables. Take your time with the wine list, the options are quite impressive.
