This European restaurant isn't for those looking to eat on the run. This is the kind of place where everything is made fresh to order and diners linger for hours, chatting over entrees and mains and indulging in desserts and aperitifs. Set in a beautiful art deco building, many of the lamps, mirrors and furniture here are original fittings, creating a warm and cosy atmosphere. Chef Edda Silckerodt takes great pride in banning deep-fried nasties from the menu and in providing large, honest servings of hearty, home-cooked favourites with all the trimmings.
