| A local produce store, wine bar and cafe, Cliffy's Emporium overflows with eclectic charm. The menu is written on paper bags, the walls are a lustrous pink, and scattered cushions, unusual ornaments and Persian rugs abound; but somehow it all works. Most of the produce is from the Daylesford region and the menu depends on what the farmers happened to bring in that morning, lending an atmosphere of uncertainty and anticipation to the experience. The menu may be supplemented by ingredients from the garden out the back of the restaurant, giving new meaning to claims of freshness.
