Few wineries anywhere enjoy surroundings as spectacular as Delatite, in the cool alpine hills near Mansfield. From the cellar door and verandah there are wonderful views across vines, valley and hills around Mount Buller. The vista changes dramatically with the seasons, snow-capped peaks are visible in the winter months. Regional platters are available, and you can keep warm by the fire in cooler months, but the wines are the main game, with superb whites made from aromatic varieties like riesling and Gewürztraminer real high points in a very good range.
