Visit Victoria.
You'll love every piece of Victoria

My best friend and I returned from Melbourne about a month ago after 6 nights in the wonderful city and I'm missing it already! We crammed as much as we could into our time there: State Library with its stunning architecture, Old Melbourne Gaol arrest experience with some concerned international tourists, Botanic Gardens, Royal Exhibition Centre, Melbourne Observation Deck for a view not to be missed, Federation Square in particular Kirra Gallery for some stunning pieces you will not see anywhere else, Flinders St Station, Crown Casino and of course shopping - Chadstone, Chapel St, Bridge Rd, Queen Victoria Markets. Sofia restaurant in Camberwell is the best value anywhere I have ever been and is worth the trip each "serving" equates to about 3. The City Circle tram was so convienent but best of all was discovering the gems in the city laneways - Il Papiro and Little Cupcakes in Degraves St are a must. Another delicious destination is Harajuku Crepes in Melbourne Central - only regret is having not discovered this magical place until 1 hour before we were due to leave. Counting the days (and the dollars!) until I can return...
