Take time to stop and stare, to take in the structures, the colours, the sounds the feel, the smell of Melbourne. It is an incredible city, with its network of trams, buses and taxis, modern offices alongside old buildings from times lost. We are a british family without any extended family network around us, we are standing alone in this vast city but somehow we have found it magical together. Christmas eve was special, a horse drawn carriage round through areas we had never seen before, watching number 24 of the advent calendar on Fed Square being opened, and finally carols by candlelight. We are not passing through, we intend to stay and explore a while more, we live here in this fabulous place.

Was in Melbourne in January and saw the "Red Thread "ad at the movies. Was intrigued by what appeared to be a small sunken garden/lawn near a church?. Could you give me any idea of the location of this place?
