On a recent trip to Melbourne with my friend and her daughter we spent our last night down at St Kilda. We walked both sides of the street deciding on a dinner venue and settled on Rocco. An italian restaurant that had a roaring fire making it very inviting on a very cold night.
We were given a table in the window, had water on the table within minutes of being seated and menus and wine lists were discussed and orders taken for a glass of NZ Sauv x 2.
My friend and I chose to share a pizza and the beetroot, feta and rocket salad and the kid ordered the lasagne. Everything arrived at once and was delicious. We ordered another glass of wine each but had no room for dessert. Highly recommend Rocco for relaxed dining with or without kids. Total bill $76.
