Went on a coach excursion to the Dandenongs, knowing very little about what to expect, but it was surreal - a quiet, beautiful, scenic area only interrupted by our arrival. Then, suddenly, we were descended upon by hundreds of the most beautiful birds, varying breeds, who came to expect some tidbits from the tourists. We could have stayed there for hours.
