I love the Get lost in Melbourne ad we get here in Perth , BUT as an ex Melbourinian I am confused as to just where that circular garden is with the archways all around it. Please help as i want to visit there in just 2 weeks

It looks like St Paul's Cathedral in the background. I'm guessing it's there.
