getting off the tram outside Federation Square, you wander up the hill to a little cafe, right on the outskirts of the resteraunts. there you will find the best hot chocolate that i have ever had. Not even Italian hot chocolate beat it! the best thing is that you mix it yourself. so you can gain the consistency you want, and seeing the creamy, hot, melted chocolate pour into a mug full of milk. you just have to judge exactly when to stop pouring or the drink will b too rich. then, with the precise consistency u can finally drink...with the really good marshmellows, the ones that just melt in your mouth. you can bite into them, or just hold it on your tongue and the pink or white pillows will dissolve there! just like your drink will...you have to savour every moment
