NewQuay

Drop in at NewQuay for your pre-match drinks, a gelato on the promenade or a long and lazy brunch with friends. Melbourne's inner-city waterfront precinct is graced with award-winning restaurants, buzzing bars and cafes, boutique retailers, galleries, and luxury designer apartments – all just five minutes from the central business district.

Waterfront City

Waterfront City hosts a growing range of shops and entertainment, all under the Southern Star Observation Wheel in Melbourne's Docklands. The Southern Star, opening late 2008, is a giant observation wheel, with amazing views over the city and Port Phillip Bay. Next to the Star is Harbour Town shopping centre, and Melbourne's largest public marina, with restaurants, bars and events.

Telstra Dome

Melbourne is the home of Australian Football League (AFL), and on match days you'll see many locals proudly wearing or waving their team's colours, on their way to a game at the Telstra Dome on Harbour Esplanade. The huge crowds contribute to a welcoming family atmosphere, as they converge on Melbourne's modern Docklands area.
