Among the most famous in the region is the Red Hill Market. The first market of its type in Victoria, it started in 1975 and sells top quality gourmet food and crafts. This innovative idea has been copied by many markets, but Red Hill is still considered one of the best. You’ll find over 300 stalls offering everything from fresh produce and home baked breads, jams and preserves to hand blown glassware and beautiful leatherwork.

Red Hill is the grand dame of Victoria's markets. Established in 1975, its trademark is "home cooked, hand made, home grown – with excellence".
