| This cafe-cum-bistro has a definite European allure to its long corridor-like setting. More restaurant than deli, Dino's is the latest labour of love from duo Francisco Valles and Kristine Becker, of Hairy Canary fame. Dark hued timbers dominate the space, from the freestanding footpath tables to the leathered benches. Rustic Mediterranean flavours brush the menu, with braised lamb neck, spaghetti marinara and a selection of jamon touching on influences from Greece, Italy and Spain. Situated at the Windsor end of Chapel Street, Dino's is doing its bit to establish a cafe culture in the area. Chef: Ross Mccomb
