This is the big one for Mildura. The Mildura cup is establishing itself as a country cup well worth winning and one that is attracting top quality horses/trainers and jockeys. This can be seen by the city class gallopers De Mars, Produced and Stanzout filling the placings in an exciting finish to the 2009 Cup. The Gold Cup Marquee is the place to be with its popularity growing each year. One big marquee that can suit any numbers. All inclusive, the marquee is in a prime trackside location. Sit back and let us entertain you with a day of exciting racing, fashions, sweeps and other give aways within the marquee. The biggest growth area on cup day is the Fashions on the Field. In 2009 crowds were many a row deep to check out the talent. Hosted by Milliner to the stars Kerri Stanley and over $3,000 worth of prizes this event really did make its mark on the carnival.
