| The-restaurant-formerly-known-as-Tribeca has undergone a bit of a nip and tuck, and a change of identity - finally emerging as the rather swanky Quaff. The refurbished space has a simple European-ish feel, with dark timber and candelabras. Despite the swish surrounds, Quaff takes it easy during the day - adopting a casual tone for breakfast and lunch, and only bringing out the formalities at dinner. The menu features the European-influenced creations of ex-One Fitzroy Street chef John Psanis, such as his hearty and warming fish pie with parsley mash.
