The architecturally pleasing building features rammed earth walls, plus floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook the surrounding vineyards, olive groves and pastures. A wide timber deck affords views of the organic kitchen garden which is a key source of ingredients for the delicious seasonal dishes. The menu also benefits from the use of Montalto Estate's own wines, olive oil and verjuice.
