| It's hard to imagine a more beautiful place to dine than Montalto, on the Mornington Peninsula. The architecturally pleasing building features rammed earth walls, plus floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook the surrounding vineyards, olive groves and pastures. A wide timber deck affords views of the organic kitchen garden which is a key source of ingredients for the delicious seasonal dishes.
