Bush Creek Buddha weekend yoga getaway offers an experience which includes: Personalised yoga sessions, dinner Friday and Saturday, brunch Saturday and Sunday and two nights accommodation. The weekend is arranged to give you time to explore the region, if you're not just content to gaze at the view from the poolside or sit by the fire and read a book. Bushwalking is within a stones throw, golf and horse riding are less than 20 min away. Relax with a group of friends; there is ample time outside the three yoga sessions to re-convene. And don't think it is all hard work; you'll have plenty of fun in the yoga room too. Your yoga teacher, Suzy, is a qualified Iyengar Yoga teacher. All levels of fitness, strength and flexibility are catered for and no prior experience of yoga is required. Introduce your partner or friend to yoga- if they are a sceptic they will love this weekend away- Bush Creek Buddha weekends are completely "om" and "mantra" free.
