Two disabled parking spaces 20 metres from the Visitor Centre entry with level access and a manual door. Disabled toilet available. The Visitor Centre, gardens and Amess Homestead are wheelchair accessible. Farm and homestead access is varied with some areas being quite steep. A wheelchair is available free of charge. Easy to read signage provided throughout.

Four disabled parking bays 100 metres from the fully accessible Centre, level pathway to entrance. The koala viewing areas are wheelchair accessible along a series of boardwalks with gradient 1:14. Compacted gravel boardwalks. Disabled toilet available in the Visitors Centre.

Six disabled parking bays are located approximately 60 metres from the entrance, slip resistant pavers on pathway. Ramp access available, wide manual doors for wheelchair access to the entrance. All displays are visible from wheelchair height. Wheelchairs are available free of charge. A motorised buggy is available upon request. Ramps down to the penguin viewing platforms have handrails. Disabled toilet available.

Disabled parking located 15 metres from the entry, access to the main entry is on a level ground of gravel, concrete and brick paving, with automatic doors. The History of Motorsport display, self guided tour and café (entry via the garden area) are accessible with assistance. The guided tour of the circuit is not wheelchair accessible. There is a disabled toilet at the Visitor Centre.

State Coal Mine, Wonthaggi

A disabled parking bay is available near the entry, ramp entry provided to the Centre. Most above ground buildings are accessible to wheelchair users. Access to the underground tour (temporarily closed) is limited for wheelchair users, as the entry and exit to the mine is via a skip. A disabled toilet is located at the Visitor Centre.

Wildlife Coast Cruise

Wildlife Coast Cruises

The Kasey-Lee is wheelchair friendly. Access onto the boat is from Cowes Jetty which has three to 12 steps depending on the tide. Cruise staff are willing to assist with access (please book ahead for this service). There is a 650 millimetre wide access ramp from the jetty onto the boat. Disabled access to lower deck outside and rear of the lower deck inside is available on the boat. Disabled toilet provided.
