Open plan with sofa facing wood fire, reading chair, dining table, full kitchen, large oval spa facing fire and LCD digital TV, combined with the peace and tranquillity that only an out of town location can provide. Pet friendly. A $30 pet fee applies.

Cancellation / Booking Policy
Please note that we have a NO REFUND policy and the following cancellation fees apply: more than 30 days prior to arrival - 20% of the total tariff; 30 days or less – 50% of the total tariff; and 7 days or less – 100% of the total tariff. In addition to any cancellation fee there is a minimum administrative fee of $50 if you make changes to a booking.
