Cancellation / Booking Policy
Payment for tours can be made by cash or credit card to your chauffeur on the day of travel. Bookings may be cancelled or changed up to 7 days before departure without penalty. Cancellation within 7 days will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Bookings made with gift voucher cannot be extended beyond the expiry date of the voucher. Cancellation will result in the voucher being cancelled. Should Rye Rollers be forced to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances the booking will be transferred to another date of your choice or a full refund given. Rye Rollers reserve the right to change or cancel a tour or substitute vehicles due to circumstances beyond their control. No liability shall be accepted due to injury or property damage or any loss or other expenses arising from the services provided. Smoking, consumption of alcohol or food is not permitted in the Rolls Royce. Any person failing to adhere to this will not be permitted to continue the tour.
