85% of the total tariff witll be refunded if cancelling more than 14 days prior to arrival date (less administration fee). 50% of the total tariff will be rerfunded if cancelling 7-14 days prior ( less the $25 admin fee). Cancelling less than 7 days prior to arrival date NO REFUND.
