Their impressive wine cellar is stocked to the rafters with all major Australian styles, as well as some interesting Italian varietals worthy of closer attention. There are some 30 odd wines available by the glass, ranging from $6.50 for the Redbank Emily sparkling brut, all the way up to the Wantirna Estate Amelia cabernet merlot at $18.50. Hailing from the Yarra Valley, Wantirna Estate is one of the small wineries whose hard to find wine is something Becco is proud to pour.

If you feel in the mood for cocktails all the classics are on offer, using top shelf drops, but the house specialty is the Becco Macchiato. Macchiato means "to stain" in Italian, and the house version is a vodka tonic stained with Campari and fresh lime.

Becco's much-loved restaurant menu is occasionally available in the bar, depending on how busy the place is. As a back-up, there's a simple and satisfying bar menu, featuring Fiorina's stuffed olives, oysters and beef carpaccio (to name but a few) available to quell any peckish cravings.
