| In the noir classic The Third Man, Harry Lime was a character notorious for his attention to detail. In Ballarat, Harry Limes the restaurant follows its namesake by offering lovingly prepared food in a casual, elegant environment. Jack and Helen McMahon believe in simple measures for their authentic dishes, such as only using two ingredients for their traditionally cooked risotto, or importing their Grana Padano cheese directly from Italy to top their pasta.
