Stylish and chic, Dish serves up an international menu with innovative touches. A lot is to be expected from Dish, as chef Leigh Dundas studied under such culinary luminaries as Marco Pierre White and Jeremy Strode. Local ingredients are blended with distinctly European or Oriental flavours. Whilst the menu is grounded in French style, it is also touched with a modern Australian flair - as apparent in the raviolo of chicken, tiger prawn and shiitake. The dining room is modern and warmly lit, with artwork on the walls and an open view into the kitchen.
