| Rural Australia got a taste of the big city when chef Steve Collins decided to chuck in his urban life and move to Creswick. His cafe combines city sophistication with a dash of country comfort, with diners enjoying hearty food in plush armchairs or perusing the works by local artists, which hang on the walls.
