| Hidden away in a cubby hole in The Hub Arcade, just off Little Collins Street, is the Indian Gourmet Curry Hut. The perfume of Indian spices will lead you to a tiny bar with discount paintings brought back from India, plus ethnic music to match. They've squeezed about a dozen tables into the small space, and while the service is polite and attentive, it's also swift and sharp to ensure no-one has to wait too long. Tandoori, curry, vegetarian, roti and naan await hungry diners, but make sure to leave room for the pistachio kulfi afterward - infused with saffron, this homemade Indian ice cream will cool any post-vindaloo burns.
