| The Waddington family have created a delightful setting for a restaurant by combining it with a nursery in the middle of their historic cattle property. The converted barn that forms the dining room continues the rustic theme. Guests can enjoy the farm's produce on their plates, as most of the fresh ingredients are produced on the property. Chef Rhy Waddington's modest, ever-changing menu features dishes such as five-spice duckling with poached nectarines; and steamed mussels with salami and roasted garlic. The dessert menu includes such tantalisingly original sweets as peaches poached with cardamom and star anise, served with pepper ice cream.
