| The aptly named Scorched, on Torquay's beachfront, has quickly burned its way onto the town's dining scene with a smoking menu set to melt your taste buds and a red-hot wine list of nearly 160 bottles. The vino comes from some of best regions in world, including a 1959 French red sourced from the collection of the late Princess Diana (which will set you back around $600), and you don't need to go any further along the Great Ocean Road to find a restaurant with such spectacular sea views.
