But it's not only the dazzling wine list that draws an excited clientele; Wine Bank chefs Nathan McKee and Mick Oughtred offer an inspiring menu of Mediterranean-influenced cuisine to complement all those quality drops. Grazing platters might include an antipasto plate of cured meat and vegetables, or lavosh with Middle Eastern dips, while the tapas list might feature Spanish meatballs in paprika-spiced salsa; or bruschetta with smoked salmon, mascarpone and dill.
