This retro-chic eatery happily blends elements of the past with aspects of today in both its decor and the menu. Chef Melanie Pendray loves to fill the large blackboards, which take pride of place on the classically papered walls, with retro classics. Think modern interpretations of apricot chicken, spaghetti and meatballs, or chocolate mousse.
Stop by during the day for one of their enticing lunchtime selections or after hours for the kind of meal you always wished your mum would make. You'll never know exactly what will be on the menu though, as it changes frequently. The bar side of the venture also opens till late Monday through Saturday. |
