Most kitchen facilities are at an accessible height with the kitchen bench at 960mm.

Queen-sized bed measuring 180mm floor to bed base; bed height 600mm; distance form the wall to the bedside is 1540mm.

Bathroom
Shower: flat entrance and good circulation, shower chair, hand held shower and grab rails.
Toilet: 430mm high. Sidewall to centre line of bowl: 470mm. Front of toilet to rear: 840mm. Side and rear grab rails.
Basin: accessible height with lever taps and knee space.
