| Stefan's Charcoal Grill is a well-mannered steakhouse offering all the right ingredients for a magnificently meaty dining experience. Not surprisingly, they specialise in quality beef, aged on the premises by Stefan himself. Once you've ordered your preferred type of steak (including Angus beef and even waygu) it is then carefully cooked over a mallee root charcoal grill. The succulent grill-striped steak arrives at your table with a hearty jacket potato, sour cream and salad.
