Maling Rd - Suzie Wilks
Suzie grew up in the city of Boroondara and now likes to wander the shops of Maling Road in Canterbury. It's one of Melbournes most elegant streets combining everything from art to childrens toys and from fashion stores to homewares. There are shops that stock speciality items you cant get anywhere else, one of which is the childrens wear boutique Heather Brown. Food is another important component to the street with cafes galore, green grocers, a butcher and an exciting new cheese shop called Fromagerie and Charcuterie which recently won Best New Retailer of the Year. Leaving the cheese and truffles behind Suzie heads to the old cinema, now known as the Maling Rd Antique Market, it is a true treasure trove.

Pole House

The Pole House
Victoria's Great Ocean Road is the gateway to some of the state's most scenic drives, making it the perfect place to take your Ferrari for a spin. One of Victoria's most amazing homes can be found in seaside Fairhaven. The Pole House took three years to build, completed in 1978, and is recognised as a precious piece of Australian architecture. Supported by a solid concrete pedestal, it stands 40 metres above sea level. Inside, it has an authentic seventies feel, with exposed bricks and kitsch light fittings. The star attraction is the view, and no matter which way you turn, on every corner of the balcony, the 360 degree views will take your breath away.
