Kaikora is ideal as a base for exploring the Peninsula, a romantic getaway or just for relaxing. One night or more! Reasonable rates. Will not accept bookings where it is a group of under 25 yo.

Please note: Bookings not accepted for groups aged under 25yo. $50 surcharge applies to 1 night stays on standard Friday or Saturday nights - This is not calculated automatically, but will be added at time of confirmation.

Cancellations of confirmed bookings will attract a AUD$25.00 (incl. GST) administration fee in addition to the Cancellation Fee of the Accommodation Provider which reads as follows; 85% of the total tariff will be refunded if cancelling more than 14 days prior to arrival date (less the $25 administration fee). 50% of the total tariff will be refunded if cancelling 7-14 days prior (less the $25 administration fee). Cancelling less than 7 days prior to arrival date NO REFUND.
