Cancellation / Booking Policy
Cancellation of numbers must be made at least 7 dyas prior to program starting. Failure to do so will incur total cost. Southern Exposure reserves the right to bill the client and the client must agree to pay on demand any costs incurred in respect of any cancellation of any production at any stage. Cancellation of number less than the minimum numbers specified will alter the quotation price. No refunds will be given if insufficient environments cause cancellations of the programs.
